Made of durable G-1000 Original and reinforced with G-1000 Heavy Duty in the lower part. Both materials are water-repellent and moisture-dissipating. Bootable model cut to prevent slipping up when walking. Opening with velcro and zipper. Exchangeable, adjustable footbridge made of robust Hypalon. 

G-1000 Heavy Duty

G-1000 is robust, but G-1000 Heavy Duty goes one step further. It is impregnated with Greenland Wax on both sides, making it tougher than ever. But because it is less breathable than the original G-1000, Fjällräven uses it for products where durability is more important than air permeability. For example, as a reinforcing material in places that are particularly stressed and for many of the bags and backpacks.
