The INOOK OXL snowshoe is specially designed for smaller people (approx. 1.55 m to 1.75 m) who want to hike in the lowlands as well as in the alpine area with snowshoes! The shoe offers extreme lateral support thanks to its integrated lateral teeth, optimum terrain adaptation and is 20% lighter than comparable frame shapes.
The 3D profile of the frame has a high shoulder enabling it to always float above the snow.
The frame is open at the rear to prevent snow from accumulating under the frame.
Auto Gliding System
A push of the stick on the respective part of the climbing aid is enough to change the position without having to bend down and adjust it.
Toothed frame profile
The concept is complemented by a toothed frame profile, ensuring the best grip, no matter what the terrain, but especially on slope crossings. The design on the frame was optimised to reduce friction and rubbing.
6 Steel spikes are inserted into the plastic structure during manufacture before cooling. These are elongated or conical, depending on the model. They are complemented by a grippy front claw, with 3 or 5 teeth.
The shoe's central support system consists of various plastic components that cling to the ankle and can be adjusted from both sides. Can be exactly adjusted with a lever and opened in seconds with the two lateral ‘ears’.
