Quik Moisture Control (QMC) is a technology that allows fibres to absorb and transfer moisture very quickly. The special processing of the fibres results in an enlarged surface structure, which means that moisture can be absorbed and distributed more easily over this surface. This allows the fabric to dry extremely quickly and provides optimum moisture regulation.

Supplex
A comfortable to wear functional fabric made of nylon yarns for clothing. It offers a soft, textile feel, is easy to care for and wrinkle-resistant, yet durable. It also has a high UV protection. The function is anchored in the fiber itself and is not brought about by an additional finish. The protection is permanent and cannot be removed by perspiration or contact with water.

UV Shield
Many of Jack Wolfskin's tops and trousers wear the UV Shield label. In these products, the fabric is woven particularly tightly so that UVA and UVB radiation cannot penetrate. This means that they offer permanent sun protection according to Australian standard (AS/NZS4399: 1996).
