The 0.6 litre pot is made of hard anodised aluminium and has a non-stick ceramic coating. The pot has a slightly thicker bottom, so the temperature is distributed evenly without burning. The spiral pattern in the bottom of the pot additionally promotes heat transfer. The handle can be fixed in two positions. It provides a secure hold when cooking and serving. It can be easily removed for transport and holds all parts of the pot together to save space. The lid is made of PP plastic and can also be used as a sieve with its silicone handle.
