Our popular T-Zip Farley Stretch trekking pants have updated styling and are now even more eco-friendly! These lightweight, durable and high stretch zip-off pants for hiking and travel offer maximum freedom of movement and are made from climate-friendly polyamide. This skin-friendly, quick-drying functional fabric makes the Farley Stretch even more durable and abrasion-resistant. Use the T-Zip to easily turn them into a pair of shorts – without even having to take off your hiking boots. There's plenty of room for your valuables in the side pockets and a practical pocket on the leg that zips shut. This makes them the perfect choice for longer tours and hikes from spring to fall. This product is finished with the PFC-free water Eco Finish. 

UPF 50+
Excellent UV protection so that you can enjoy the sun and mountain sports well protected. A UPF rating of 50+ means that a given piece of fabric allows less than 2% (<1/50) of the UV rays that hit it to penetrate through. This is the same as 98% UV protection. The UV protection is created by the choice of fibres, weave, material thickness or by inserting a titanium dioxide protective screen into the fabric. Titanium dioxide is completely environmentally friendly and has been rated by the EU as harmless.

Green Shape
Green Shape is the VAUDE seal of approval for products that are manufactured in a particularly environmentally friendly manner. This includes the complete production cycle from development and production to maintenance and usability after use. The criteria for this are strict. The products must consist either of at least 90 percent organically grown cotton, recycled materials or the Tencel wood fibre. Furthermore, they must have been dyed with the environmentally friendly dyeing process VAUDE eColour or meet the world's strictest environmental textile standard Bluesign.
