Purpose Pants are designed to last, both in terms of style, function and quality. A timeless look is combined with Apex 3 layer, Houdinis most durable shell layer fabric. Houdini believe that the most sustainable products are the ones we use a lot for a long time and Purpose Pants are specifically designed to accompany you on years and years of adventures. If an accident happens, the Purpose pants are produced to be easy to repair.

The product is made in Apex 3L Hardshell, a waterproof and breathable shell fabrics made in recycled and recyclable polyester. It features Houdninis well tested Atmos membrane, a hydrophilic polyester membrane free from harmful fluorocarbons. The DWR (durable water repellent) is also completely free from fluorocarbons.

Purpose pants have ¾ zippers on the outside of the legs, for ventilation and to get in and out of them easily. The leg endings are reinforced with Schoeller fabric and have snow gaiters. The waist is adjustable with velcro.

The Purpose Pants are perfect if you are looking for versatile shell pants that can accompany you on everything from a skiing trip to a walk in the park on a cold winter day.

Apex 3 L Hardshell
Apex 3L Hardshell is a fully circular waterproof and breathable shell fabric. It means that it’s made from recycled fibers and is recyclable just like a soda bottle. The membrane is our well tested Atmos, a hydrophilic membrane free from fluorocarbons. The water repellent is also completely fluorocarbon free.

Bluesign Approved Fabric
The label Bluesign Approved Fabric shows, that the used fabrics meet the criteria and requirements of the Bluesign-System. The main idea behind Bluesign is the holsitic approach, which combines the fields of customer safety, polution of air and water, the use of chemicals and respecting human rights in a standard. The Bluesign standard guarantees, that established products and production workflows do not include or support components which are harmful to humans or nature.
